Uses: Polyester low-elastic yarn is an ideal raw material for knitting (weft knitting, warp knitting) or weaving. Classification and characteristics of polyester staple fiber
1. "Big chemical fiber" products refer to polyester staple fibers spun with relatively sophisticated imported and domestic production equipment, using the direct melt spinning method of polyester melt or the indirect spinning method of polyester chip. Since the raw materials used in the "big chemical fiber" products are basically qualified grades, the quality indicators of its regular products are all superior. "Big chemical fiber" polyester staple fiber is the leading raw material for the cotton textile industry. The "big chemical fiber" production equipment is the equipment that eats "fine grain".
2. The vast majority of production equipment for "Sinochemical Fiber" products and "Small Chemical Fiber" products are produced by domestic small chemical fiber machinery factories. This type of production equipment has a large distance from the production equipment used by "big chemical fiber" in terms of scale and quality, so the products produced by this type of equipment and the products produced by "big chemical fiber" are also obvious. Production of several types of polyester filament
POY: Preoriented yarn / partially oriented yarn. When the high-speed spinning speed is 3000-3600m / min, pre-oriented yarn can be obtained. At high winding speeds, the fibers have a certain degree of orientation and the structure is relatively stable. After spinning, it needs post-processing to have textile properties.
DTY :: Draw texturing yarn. Also known as polyester low-elastic yarn, it is a finished yarn that is continuously or simultaneously drawn and deformed on one machine. It can give silk fluffy effect after false twist deformation processing.
FDY: Fully drawn yarn. It has nothing to do with the production process, but it is widely spread now. It is used as the code for the one-step spinning and drawing process. It can be used in low-speed spinning and high-speed winding. The two processes are completed on a spinning and drawing combined machine. This production line has low production cost, stable product quality, less broken ends and good dyeing uniformity.
FDY is an abbreviation for fully drawn yarn, but it seems to be a common practice in China, which has its specific meaning: it refers to fully drawn yarn produced by one-step spinning.
Foreign countries have different names for the full-stretch yarn produced by the one-step drawing method. In addition to FDY, some are called SDY (SPIN-DRAN YARN), some are called FOY, and some are called HOY.

If the drawing effect is introduced in the spinning process, a wound yarn with a high degree of orientation and medium crystallinity can be obtained, which is a fully drawn yarn, and is commonly referred to as FDY (fully draw yarn).
DT: The drawn twisted yarn is called DT (Draw Twist). DT can be obtained by using POY as the raw yarn through a drafting and twisting machine, mainly drawing and giving a small amount of twist.
